New Year’s Eve is the time to celebrate the end of the current year and the beginning of new things! With the fun and the stress of the holidays behind, it is the time you can get a little wild and have a ton of fun. You can amp up your party look to make an empowering statement while ringing in the new year! These are some of the hottest hair trends and makeup for new years to try out.
Makeup is one of the easiest ways to bring some sparkle, color or pizazz to your look! Here are some of our favorite makeup trends for New Year’s Eve.
︎The Dual Eye
With this look, you wear a different color shadow on each eye! You can go subtle with a sheer wash, or bold and beautiful!
︎Graphic liner has been a thing for a while, but try some vibrant color to match your outfit, like matching with your top or shoes.
︎Glitter or sequins will always be the go-to for New Year’s Eve clothing, but try it on your eyes or lips, but pick one and downplay the other to keep it classy!
When it comes to your hair, break out of your usual style and try something you have always wanted to, but never had the right occasion to wear! Make an impression with one of these hairstyles.
︎Bubble braids are fun, a little futuristic and can be dressed up or down depending on the vibe of the party!
Hollywood Waves are classic and sophisticated if you like to wear your hair down and are beautiful with a rhinestone barrette accent or even worn alone.
︎Braids give a strong and edgy vibe to a dressed-up look, try a dutch braid updo by doing double dutch braids and just twisting them into two buns or a single bun. Or try boxer braids, or a french braid pigtail moment.
Whatever look you go with, have fun with it and try something different if you dare! It is the last night of the year, so go out with a bang! Happy New Year!
