4 Winter Outfit Ideas You Need To Consider This Holiday Season
Even though it’s not even December yet, I can’t help but get excited for the holiday season. I’ve already started making my holiday bucket list and have so many winter activities lined up. But, as the grinch said “What will I wear?!”
If you’re like me and you have a ton of holiday activities lined up for this month, you’re probably also trying to figure out what you’ll wear to every single one of them. So, I thought I would round up my winter outfit ideas for each holiday activity. Let’s get started!
Ice Skating
First of all, everyone needs a lowkey but festive sweater to wear all December long. This one is perfect because it’s not overly festive and can still be worn the rest of winter too. Pair it with some leggings or jeans and throw on your ice skates. And for accessories.,. I don’t know about you but I have never found the perfect opportunity to wear ear muffs, but I think I’ve finally figured it out. Ice skating is the PERFECT opportunity and think about how cute and Instagramable you’ll look. I’m just dying to throw some on – plus ice skating is cold! You won’t look crazy!
Gingerbread House or Cookies
For an at-home activity like building a gingerbread house or making Christmas cookies, you can still look cute! Throw on your favorite holiday pajamas, like this super cute set. Personally, I love sets that come with shorts instead of pants because I overheat when I sleep. These will keep you cool and festive at the same time, but hey, maybe that’s the Arizona girl in me. Next, having a Christmas apron like this one is so fun. Honestly, this one looks so vintage and timeless!
Watching The Parade
When you’re going toa. themed event like a parade, you have a little more room to be outrageous with your outfit. I don’t know about you but I’m tired of making Christmas so monotone. So black and white and “minimal.” Throw on some antlers and an ugly Christmas sweater (that could actually be styled super cute in my opinion) and bring the fun back. Where’s your Christmas spirit?!
Holiday Work Party
While I’m all for dressing fun and dopey when it’s called for, I’m also a huge advocate for going glam when you have the chance. Are you headed to your work’s holiday party? Or even your partner or spouse’s holiday party? It doesn’t even have to be a work party – if you’re headed to any holiday party, I urge you to dress for the ocassion. These dresses take traditional holiday colors (red and green) and make them look chic and flawless. ‘Tis the season, baby!
