If you can desire, you can become one of their bunch! If you remember those lyrics, you are a true fan of the Winx Club. I have loved this show ever since I was a kid, and I know so many people feel the same way. It’s easy to understand why because this show has so much personality, humor, and drama. With the reboot coming up, I thought it was time to have a little fun with zodiacs. So which Winx Club character are you based on your zodiac sign?
Aries – Bloom
Bloom, the Fairy of the Dragon Flame. She literally has a fiery spirit just like many Arians out there. This lost princess of Domino is creative, outgoing, and determined. She’s passionate to fight for what’s right even if it causes trouble. Arians might also find commonality in her short-temper, stubbornness, and her impatience. Although this may cause her to fight with Sky or the other Winx, it’s also what helped her realize her place as a strong and capable leader. Bloom is always there when things get tough, and so are you!
Taurus – Roxy
Roxy, the Fairy of Animals and the Seventh Winx. Although she is usually forgotten, the steadfast fairy of Earth is just the fairy Taureans should remember. Because of her connection with animals, Roxy shares her connection to nature and Earth with many Taureans. She’s tough and tenacious even when she’s late to the party. She’s never afraid to stick to her guns, even if that means starting a fight. Roxy and you are a reliable and stable presence for the people and animal you care for.
Gemini – Aisha
Aisha, the Fairy of Waves. Or as she may be known to some viewers, Layla. However, her names aren’t the reason she works with Geminis. It’s the fact she is one! Her birthday is June 15th. Aisha is a confident and trustworthy princess. She makes friends wherever she goes, whether its with pixies or other fairies. She’s also very opinionated and determined, but she’s not determined to keep her opinions forever. In fact, her relationship with Nabu proves she’s willing to change her mind for the right person. She is deeply afraid of being alone and losing those closest to her (RIP Nabu). As a talented dancer, athlete, and linguist, Aisha is quite the versatile fairy that perfectly represents you.
Cancer – Daphne
Daphne, the Nymph of Domino. As the previous keeper of the dragon flame and Bloom’s older sister, Daphne proves herself as loyal and sympathetic as many Cancerians. She is a resourceful and powerful spirit, sacrificing herself to save others. Her values are so important to her that she will actually keep them beyond the grave. After Daphne is resurrected, she does have trouble feeling secure in the world around her. However. Her insecurities are alleviated by her sister and friends. Daphne and Cancerians know the importances of supporting others and finding others that support you!
Leo – Stella
Stella, the Fairy of the Shining Sun. No surprise there, but she has been a Leo since way before the show retconned her connection to the moon. I guess her sunny personality shone too bright. As many fans know, and many Leos can relate, Stella is as proud as a lion. She is passionate, creative, and never let her advice go to waste. Since she’s so intuitive, she’s always right. However, that comes with an air of arrogance that not everyone appreciates. Still, she cares deeply about her friends and always tries to make them laugh. Stella hates being ignored and loves to hang out with her friends. And great news Leos, her birthday is in August. She’s one of you!
Virgo – Darcy
Now you know I couldn’t avoid the Trix forever. Darcy, the Witch of Darkness and Illusions. Intimidating title, but don’t worry Virgos because she can’t trick you! Of the three Trix, Darcy is the most intelligent, controlled, and practical of the three. Her work with illusions makes these some necessary traits for her to have. Darcy pays attention to every little detail so she can use them to her own benefit. Like many Virgos, she’s a planner with exceptional awareness and restraint. Although due to her villainous nature, I would say her judgement and criticism have taken over as that’s one of her main tools outside of magic.
Libra – Headmistress Faragonda
I’ve heard of people making Libras the “mom friends” of the group and this might help that case. Headmistress Faragonda runs Alfea College with a strong, but gentle hand. Like many Libras she is cooperative and gracious. She is always there to advise the Winx when they need her, and she doesn’t play favorites. Well, maybe to the other students at Alfea she plays favorites, but every Libra knows your friends and family come first. Faragonda is extremely diplomatic which she uses to avoid a fight whenever she can (when she’s not using the Winx). Libras, you have a strong head on your shoulders, and I believe that you too could run a fairy college if you wanted to.
Scorpio – Icy
Icy, the Witch of Ice. The leader of the Trix and the owner of the coldest heart the Magic Dimension has ever seen. She’s all yours Scorpions. Like Icy, you may get a bad rep for seeming cruel and untrusting. And that’s not entirely fair because it overlooks your passion, resourcefulness, and bravery. Icy is the leader of the Trix, her comfortability in an authoritative position cannot be overlooked. She knows exactly how to lead her team even if those dorky Winx get in the way. Icy is also the most charismatic of the Trix, which is usually why the other villains come to admire her abilities. Just as you, my Scorpions, should be admired for yours.
Sagittarius – Stormy
Stormy, the Witch of Storms. The last member of the Trix goes to you, my Sagittarians. Stormy is the most self-confident and idealistic member of the Trix. Although they all have the tendency to be the power-hungry, Stormy is the most set on achieving her goals. She’s eager to grow and change even if she’s not quite ready. She can be a bit impatient and impulsive. However, that’s not always a bad thing. Stormy is a strong fighter and optimistic in her strange ways. She enjoys freedom and always has a joke when she’s bored of losing to the Winx. Sagittarians, I believe you can be as powerful and wild as one of her lightning strikes.
Capricorn – Musa
Musa, the Fairy of Music. The strong will and tenacious attitude of this musical fairy goes out to you Capricorns. I know you enjoy a nice tune every now and then, but like Musa, you often enjoy it by yourself. Not because you dislike other people, but there is a sense of peace and stability that comes with a little “me time.” Musa is ambitious and loyal even with her independence. She often shows her appreciation to her friends and on-again off-again boyfriend, Riven. Although with Riven, her personality often clashes with his as she stands by her judgments. Even if that makes her distrusting and unforgiving. Like many Capricorns, family is important to her, both the one she made with the Winx and the one she has lost with her mother’s death.
Aquarius – Tecna
Tecna, the Fairy of Technology. Aquarians, you might fancy yourself the brains of your friend group, and so does Tecna. Aquarians find intellectual conversations to be a stimulating pastime and possibly an unexpected form of flirting. Or at least that’s how it worked for Tecna and Timmy. However, that love of knowledge and data lead others to believe she is cold and unfeeling when that’s not true at all. Her enthusiasm and confidences shines through her practicality and selflessness. Like Tecna, Aquarians are resilient and responsible friends you’ll always want in your corner. You’ll never know when you may need the cold hard facts or a steady shoulder to cry on.
Pisces – Flora
Flora, the Fairy of Nature. Flora is known for being the gentlest and kindest of all the Winx Club characters. Her relationship with all the Pisceans of the world makes as much sense as peanut butter and jelly. Flora is spot-spoken and sensitive, instinctively acting as a healer for all those around her. However, her kindness should never be mistaken for weakness because she is canonically one of the most powerful fairies. If she gets pushed too far, they’ll learn that nature can pack a punch. Pisceans, you may also happen to share a birthday with your Winx, Flora’s is March 1st!
So, which Winx club character are you?
Unfortunately, as much as I love every character in this franchise, there’s only twelve spots. Unless I go with Winx Club’s own zodiac. Yes, you read my words correctly. If you didn’t already know, there has been a “secret” zodiac for the magic dimension created by Iginio Straffi and the rest of the creative team. It’s a bit bigger than our zodiac so a few more characters can get a space. However, we may still have to bench the Specialists to let the Winx and Trix shine.
