Starting the new year by dropping an album, Bad Bunny, aka Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, topped the charts with the album release, with all 17 songs charting on the Billboard Hot 100. In honor of celebrating the Puerto Rican Pisces’ 31st birthday, here are Bad Bunny Songs as zodiac signs.

Aries- EL CLúB

The fiery first zodiac sign is brought to life in the first single released for the album. Starting slow while reminiscing about an ex, “El Club” quickly pivots with an energetic beat drop that makes you forget how he’s still passionately hung up on his ex despite the breakup years ago. With lyrics like “¿Será que ya me superó y le va bien? Mientras que yo, borracho pienso

¿Qué estará haciendo mi ex? ( did she move on from me, and is she doing well? While I’m here drunk thinking, what is my ex doing?)”, It highlights some of the impulsiveness that Aries is known for.

Taurus-  TURiSTA

The sign that is well known for being down-to-earth and loving the nice things in life but can be stubborn about resisting change, “Turista” touches on all these topics. In the slowest song on the album, we hear Benito sing about a love that didn’t last long, and that didn’t delve deep into their histories. The song oozes Taurus’s energy while singing about literal tourists who visit Puerto Rico, who are only there to enjoy the beautiful parts of the island while ignoring the everyday problems Puerto Ricans experience.

Gemini- VeLDÁ

Charming and curious, Geminis are most likely to talk to everyone at the bar, and in “Velda,” we hear Benito talking about trying to talk to someone who caught his eye. Fun and lighthearted, with some ulterior motives, this song was made for the twin sign.

Cancer- LO QUE LE PASÓ A HAWAii

The most caring and protective sign that values family and their home, “Lo Que Le Pasó a Hawaii,” is the obvious choice. Singing about the damage being done to the island, Benito takes a stand and pleads for his fellow Puerto Ricans not to stop fighting for their home. With lyrics that invoke a deep sense of awe and love for the island, like “En el verde monte adentro aún se puede respirar. Las nubes están más cerca, con Dios se puede hablar (Inside the green mountains you can still breathe. The clouds are closer and you can talk with God),” the song speaks to all the Cancer’s whose love is spilling out of them.

Leo- NUEVAYol

The bold sign that loves family, partying, and pleasant things, “Nuevayol,” hits all the boxes. Singing “Ando con mi primo, borracho, rulay. Los mío’ en El Bronx saben la que hay. Con la nota en high por Washington Heights. (I’m hanging out drunk with my cousin, feeling fly. My people in the Bronx know what’s up. Buzzing high over in Washington Heights)”, Benito embodies Leo’s spirit by finding a home in a luxurious new place where he is still surrounded by everything that reminds him of home.

Virgo- WELTiTA

Loyal and dependable, Virgos loves deeply, and in “Weltita,” Bad Bunny sings about a blossoming romance where he talks about all the nice things he would do for his partner. Being so down bad, Benito sings “Quiero dibujar corazoncito’ en la orilla. Tranquila, mami, yo te cargo la silla. Eso’ ojitos lindo’ me encanta cómo brillan ¿Cómo una diosa puede ser tan sencilla? (I wanna draw little hearts on the shore. Relax, baby, I’ll carry the chair for you. Those pretty little eyes, I love how they shine. How can a goddess be so simple?).” All this to say that Virgos, this one is for you when you find someone who might be the one.

Libra- KLOuFRENS

A delusional romantic at heart, Libra loves to be the center of attention, and in “Kloufrens,” we get a bit more of the “toxic” traits of the sign. The lines “Me paso stalkeándote pa’ ver qué hace’. Enchula’o, puede que se me pase ¿Pero cómo quiere’ que me vaya bien? Si tú no me saca’ de los close friends (I keep stalking you to see what you’re doing. I’m head over heels in love, maybe I’ll get over it. But how do you expect me to be fine. When you still haven’t taken me out of your close friends?)” are the epitome of Libra, filled with delusions.

Scorpio- BOKeTE

Without sounding biased against Scorpios, “Bokete” is the song they would use to describe their ex and how their ex would describe them. Being both intense and aloof, we see this sentiment repeated in the lines “Pensando en ti, pero no te emocione’. Porque no te vo’a escribir. ¿Cuál de los dos es quien más va a sufrir? (Thinking about you, but don’t get your hopes up. ‘Cause I’m not gonna send you a message. Which one of us is going to suffer the most?)”

Sagittarius- EoO

Adventurous, independent, and larger than life, Sagittarius are the outspoken, friendly strangers who leave an impression, and this is what we hear in the line “Rompe la calle siempre que sale. (She owns the streets every time she steps out.)”

Capricorn- CAFe CON RON

Known for their work-hard, play-hard mentality, Capricorns, you have found your anthem in “Cafe Con Ron”. A song about partying all day and night paints a picture of how hard you let loose after a week of hard work.

Aquarius- BAILE INoLVIDABLE

Every Aquarius has such an individual spirit that “Baile Inolvidable” couldn’t describe them more accurately. If you’ve ever dated an Aquarius, you know that their eccentricity makes it hard to forget them, and just like he sings in the refrain, “No, no te puedo olvidar. No, no te puedo borrar. Tú me enseñaste a querer. Me enseñaste a bailar (No, I can’t forget you. No, I can’t erase you. You taught me how to love. You taught me how to dance”); there’s one thing that is so them that you’ll never be able to forget them.

Pisces- DtMF

Like the title track, Pisces is sentimental and empathetic. Full of lines that make you reminisce about all the loved ones in your life and wish you could’ve poured more love into them, DTMF is a warm hug of a song that will make you want to curl up and cry while also wanting to go and make more memories with your people.
