Because I am a gorgeous, gorgeous girl who loves soup and wants to have gorgeous, gorgeous, clear skin, I made this soup! (Oh, and because I also happened to have all the ingredients at home). Not only does it taste like something that’s giving your body everything it wants, it’s also giving your tastebuds everything they could want as well, a cozy, creamy, delicious roasted veggie soup.
