We’re big foodies here at The Zillennial. It’s no surprise that we have a cookbook in the works! I myself have a raging sweet tooth and love trying out new and simple recipes for desserts. My TikTok and Pinterest feeds are full of recipes that just look too good to resist. As a busy college student who loves to bake, I’ve been particularly obsessed with no bake desserts that are super quick and easy to make. The best part? They taste delicious, too!

Looking for no bake desserts recipes easy to make? I’ve gathered some of my favorite recipes that I always find myself coming back to. Here are 4 recipes that are sure to become your new go-to sweet treats!

Cookie Dough Bites

This is one of my absolute favorite desserts to make because of how simple it is. Plus, who doesn’t love edible cookie dough? To make these yummy bites, all you need is flour, sugar, almond butter, chocolate chips and vanilla extract. If you’re using regular flour, you’ll need to heat-treat it so that it’s safe to eat. Or, you can use oat flour which is edible raw. Mix together about a half cup of flour, some chocolate chips, a little bit of almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and a pinch of vanilla extract. As an extra optional ingredient, add in your favorite protein powder! Once everything is mixed together, use your hands to roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. These bites are great just on their own, but if you’re feeling crazy, feel free to dip these balls into melted chocolate and add sprinkles to make them even more appealing than they already are.

Cannoli Dip

This dipping snack might be my favorite no bake dessert. It’s so great for parties or entertaining and tastes amazing! For this, you’ll need cream cheese, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Mini chocolate chips work especially well for this. In a bowl, pop the whole stick of cream cheese in with one cup of ricotta cheese. Add a cup of powdered sugar and blend it together with a mixer. With the consistency nice and thick, pour in a tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix it again. Finish the dip off with as many chocolate chips as you want! You can serve this fan favorite with pretty much anything. I like to use any sort of vanilla wafers or graham crackers, but you can also use broken ice cream cone pieces, pretzels or fruit!

Calling all peanut butter lovers! Have you ever tried no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies? If you haven’t, you’re missing out. These are so easy to make and taste so good! What’s great about this recipe is that you only need three ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Mix together peanut butter, oats and melted chocolate or hazelnut spread. Once you’ve put them all together, take cookie-sized spoonfuls of the mix and spread them out on a plate. Pop these in the fridge for a few hours until hard and you’re done!

Rice Crispy Treats

Rice crispy bars are a staple sweet treat! For these, melt together butter and marshmallows until you’ve got a smooth, creamy mixture. Turn off the heat and add in Rice Krispy cereal. Mix everything together and, once it cools, flatten out the mix onto a tray with your hands or a spatula. Leave it to cool down in the fridge for a while, then cut the mix into squares for snacking. It’s as simple as that! With just a few ingredients, you’ve got some chewy, crispy and tasty rice treats. You can also add sprinkles or colored marshmallows for a more fun and appealing display!
