This year has been good for many of us, but for Harry Styles, it’s been absolutely fantastic. Starting off 2023 on his incredibly successful tour, Harry paused in February to be awarded Album of the Year for his third studio album, Harry’s House. He then resumed his international tour, performing through July 22, on which he played his final show in Reggio Emilia, Italy. With all that he’s done in 2023 alone, we figured it was about time to answer the question: Which Harry Styles song are you based on your star sign?
Aries – Kiwi
Much like this fiery first sign of the zodiac, “Kiwi” immediately brings the intensity. The incorporation of the loud drums and electric guitar convey a bold, confident feel that we can’t help but associate with Aries. The lyrics of the song are a perfect match as well, as the lines “she’s driving me crazy but I’m into it” and “it’s none of your business” radiate the more reckless and headstrong characteristics Aries can possess.
Taurus – Two Ghosts
Tauruses are known for being some of the most down-to-earth signs on the zodiac, and “Two Ghosts” does well when it comes to matching their chill energy. In addition to being trustworthy and loyal, Tauruses can also be upfront and honest. The line “but it’s not you and it’s not me” embodies these traits, along with the entirety of the chorus.
Gemini – Cinema
Charming and animated, Gemini is the sign that we think would have the best time dancing to this song! The lyrics might not be the most profound, but they don’t always have to be to make a song great. Just like this song, Geminis bring a carefree, lighthearted energy to a social event that just can’t be topped.
Cancer – Matilda
If you were to ask fans of Harry Styles which song they feel is his saddest, chances are most would respond with “Matilda.” Cancers are some of the most caring and observant signs, but the downside of that can lead them to become overly cautious, emotional and prone to worry. The more evasive side of a Cancer can be found in the lyric “Matilda, you talk of the pain like it’s all alright.”
Leo – As It Was
Just like the lead single from Harry’s House, Leos are bold, bright and dynamic. While “As It Was” has a very upbeat tempo and tune, a closer listen will reveal the less-than-enthusiastic lyrics. Leos can also tend to be a bit stubborn, which the line “I don’t wanna talk about the way that it was” represents.
Virgo – Satellite
Virgos are often viewed as the most dependable members of the zodiac, which can also give them the reputation of being nitpicky and worrisome. Satellite contains many of these themes as well, containing lines like “don’t you know that I am right here” and “spinning out waiting for ya to pull me in.” Virgos care deeply for those that they love, so much so that it might feel like they revolve around them.
Libra – Adore You
Being sociable, fun-loving and romantic, what better fit is there for Libra than “Adore You?” Not only is this song one of the most fun to listen to, but it goes right along with the dreamy, carefree energy Libras give off. The line “just let me adore you” might be simple enough, but it perfectly captures Libra’s tendency to love freely and without hesitation.
Scorpio – Little Freak
No, we’re not choosing this song for Scorpio just because of the mention of Halloween (although it’s definitely a bonus). Somehow, everything about this song screams Scorpio – from the mention of crystal balls and red wine to the mention of making fun of someone you love. Despite carrying a lot of internal emotion, Scorpios tend to be more outwardly reserved, making “Little Freak” the best fit for these signs.
Sagittarius – Late Night Talking
This might be a little bit on the nose, due to the fact that some of the first traits that appear when you look up Sagittarius are ‘outspoken’ and ‘friendly.’ As if the title wasn’t enough to solidify our reasoning, the line “if you’re feelin’ down, I just wanna make you happier, baby’ ‘ completely covers the confident, kind, people-person vibe of a Sagittarius.
Capricorn – Sign Of The Times
Despite being sincere, confident and driven individuals, that doesn’t mean Capricorns don’t have a bit of a depressed side. “Sign of The Times” is incredibly melancholic, featuring lines like “we don’t talk enough, we should open up” and “they told me that the end is near,” which represent the intense practicality of a Capricorn.
Aquarius – Golden
Those born under the eleventh sign of the zodiac often possess a creative, unique and altogether aloof quality – one that we felt worked well with “Golden!” Aquarius individuals can be distant at times, but this is only because of their fear being fully open with others. This idea can be found in the line “I don’t wanna be alone when it ends.”
Pisces – Cherry
Something about the calm strumming of the guitar in this song reminds us of the more empathetic, genuine vibe a Pisces emanates. Similarly to previous songs on our list, the lyrics of “Cherry” are the opposite of upbeat. This is perfect for Pisces in this case, since feeling all that emotion can cause them to be self-absorbed or self-pitying. The line “I confess, I can tell that you are at your best. I’m selfish so I’m hating it” pairs well with this tendency.
