With the days getting colder and darker by the minute, nothing sounds better than sitting by the fire and playing a cute little cozy game. I have been on my Animal Crossing: New Horizons grind lately but have been looking for something new, especially when I don’t want to lug my Nintendo Switch around with me everywhere I go. So, I’ve started looking for games I can play right on my iPhone and have found 5 iPhone cozy games I want to share with you guys today. Let’s jump right in!
Sky: Children of the Light
Sky: Children of the Light is an open-world indie game created in 2019 and has kinda a Zelda feel to it. In the game, you are called a Child of the Light, and you are working with friends along the way to unlock the secrets of the enchanting realms of Sky. It has a really beautiful and unique animation style full of fun adventures, puzzles, music, and much more. You can play this on your iOS device, but it is also available for Androids and other gaming consoles as well.
Harvest Town
Harvest Town is a life simulation game with a pixel style that is available for both IOS and Android. The game begins with you in a city, but you are missing the small farm life you used to live. Then, when you wake up, you find you are back in your hometown and are able to restart your whole farm there. While you’re farming, you’ll take care of livestock, decorate your cottage, plant your crops, and overall create a lovely little rural life for yourself. This game reminds me of Stardew Valley, but if you are looking for a suitable alternative, this is definitely the way to go.
Animal Restaurant
The game Animal Restaurant has you working with anthropomorphic animals to create a cozy restaurant. You start this game as the owner of a restaurant, and you choose to take in a stray kitten to help you run everything. You will learn how to cook various dishes and serve them to a multitude of different animals while also learning about their stories along the way. The animal style of this game is really what drew me to it, and it is so adorable and gives off great fall vibes if you are really into that aesthetic.
The Gardens Between
The Gardens Between is a really fun puzzle adventure game that follows two best friends named Arina and Frendt. You jump between all kinds of different garden islands and work to unlock the secrets hidden there. It has a vibrant and dreamlike animation that immerses you in a completely different world with a lovely soundtrack and is perfect for a cozy vibe. This game is also available on platforms other than iOS if you have other friends who are interested in playing the game but don’t have iPhones.
Boba story
And last but not least is the game called Boba Story. For all my boba lovers out there, this game allows you to run your own boba cafe. You get to decorate your cafe and serve up drinks, but you also get to design the drinks that you sell. You can add in whatever kind of pearls you want, whatever flavor combination you want, and the flavors and cup designs are to die for. You can unlock all sorts of special lids for your drinks with all kinds of themes, as well as fun mini-games to help you get money to help you run your cafe.
What did you think of the iPhone cozy games? Have you played any of them before? Let us know!
