These Crack Chicken Recipes Are So Good, You’ll Want To Make Them Every Week
Have you ever had crack chicken? Well, they call it crack chicken for a reason. I’m absolutely obsessed with trying different crack chicken recipes, whether they are rice-based, pasta, casseroles or skillet meals. Basically, crack chicken takes ranch, cheese, and chicken and creates one of the most mouth-watering, tasty combinations ever. Because of my current obsession, I decided I should get you all obsessed too and round up the best recipes I’ve tried so far.
Stovetop Crack Chicken & Rice
This is my absolute favorite and go-to recipe. It is so easy and quick! Stovetop skillet meals are one of my favorite types in existence because who doesn’t like to just shove a bunch of stuff in a pan and cook it up? This recipe uses cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, bacon bits, chicken, rice and cheddar cheer together to make the best, most gooey meal ever. My fiancé and I are both absolutely obsessed with this meal because of its simplicity and its taste. Another amazing thing about it is that it heats up incredibly as a leftover. Win, win, win, win win win.
Instantpot Crack Chicken Pasta
I actually got my entire family obsessed with this one. Just like almost every other Instantpot recipe, it’s easy, quick and takes a very minimal amount of effort. Because this recipe uses a whole package of cream cheese, it is ooey-gooey, creamy and heavenly. Those are only a few of the adjectives used to describe this recipe. There’s just something about the mix of chicken, cheese, bacon and pasta noodles that makes you feel like you are absolutely transcending. Thank me later.
Creamy Crack Potatoes
This recipe takes crack chicken and mashed potatoes and combines them. Heaven on Earth, am I right? While there isn’t actually chicken isn’t an ingredient in this recipe, it uses cream of chicken soup to get the same flavor. It also uses hash browns, crushed Ritz crackers, sour cream and bacon bits. To call me obsessed would be an understatement. This recipe is definitely next on my list to bring to a family potluck.
Crack Chicken Dip
Having a dip night with friends or attending a football watch party? This dip will make sure you’re invited every single time. This recipe basically takes the cheddar, ranch, bacon combo we’ve been talking about and turns it into dip form. Pair it with some Ritz cracks and you’ll be having a flavor explosion in your mouth.
Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Crack Chicken
Prefer to use a slow cooker or a crockpot instead of an Instantpot? This recipe is great for those of us who want to sit back and relax, waiting for dinner to be ready. The amazing thing about slow cookers is that you can prepare it early and then go off doing whatever you need to, only to return to a perfect dinner ready to go. This is the best cozy comfort recipe to make on a chilly day.
Crack Chicken Noodle Soup
We’ve already come to the consensus that it is still soup season. If you’re wanting to mix up and try a new version of the classic chicken noodle soup, this crack chicken noodle soup is perfect for you. Sometimes, it’s time to spice up a classic, and what better way to do so than with ranch, cheddar and bacon?
